The 起点传媒 Workforce Development Advisory Council (WDAC) connects workforce development efforts across the Federation and supports local and state associations as they develop programs.
By sharing proven resources, best practices and educational programming, the WDAC helps communities recruit and train the next generation of residential building professionals. It addresses workforce development gaps nationwide and highlights successful programs.
