Grant Readiness Academy
The Grant Readiness Academy is a virtual six-week course designed to help home builder associations that are newer to fundraising through their 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It features training workshops, hands-on working labs and provides a clear roadmap to move your HBA toward grant readiness. The application deadline is Feb. 3, 2026.
This is a beginner course for home builders associations nationwide that have a 501(c)(3) in place but are newer to fundraising efforts for workforce development initiatives.
This is a six-week virtual course that features four high-impact training workshops, two hands-on working labs, practical tools for immediate results and a clear roadmap designed to move your organization toward grant readiness. By the end of six weeks, you'll have a clear, practical foundation to guide your HBA's next phase of growth.
Those selected for the Grant Readiness Academy must be available to meet for all six virtual sessions. All sessions are held from 1-2 p.m. ET.
