Æðµã´«Ã½ is partnering with educators, members and state and local HBAs to address the housing industry’s labor shortages and to develop a skilled workforce for the future.

As the residential building industry experiences worker shortages causing delayed construction schedules and increased home prices, HBAs across the country are prioritizing the industry’s future. Two associations, located in Montana and Indiana, aim to make a difference through workforce development programs for high school students.
