2025 National Housing Center Award Recipients Announced

The National Housing Center Board of Governors has announced the recipients of the 2025 National Housing Center Awards.

The Exemplary Service in Home Building Awards recognize individuals for outstanding and commendable accomplishments in service to the housing industry. The 2025 recipients are Larry Fiano, and Emma and Chuck Shinn.

The National Housing Hall of Fame recognizes individuals whose spirit, ingenuity and determination have changed the nation’s housing for the better, making the United States one of the best housed nations in the world. The 2025 Hall of Fame inductees are Laurie Goodman, Heather McCune, the late Chip Dence and Donald R. Horton, and Æðµã´«Ã½ past chairmen Randy Noel and Greg Ugalde.

The induction and award ceremonies will take place during the 2025 Spring Leadership Meetings, on Tuesday, June 10, at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C.
