The safety and health of Æðµã´«Ã½ members, and all who work in residential construction, is a top organizational priority.

Æðµã´«Ã½ works very closely with OSHA and many other organizations to create resources focused on jobsite safety and the health, including mental health, of workers in the home building industry.

In addition, Æðµã´«Ã½ has been a long-time proponent of association health plans (AHPs), which empower small businesses to pool together to purchase health insurance plans for their employees.
